WARRANTY

At MIIKOA, quality is considered in every detail. Each pair of sunglasses is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies to manufacturing faults that occur under normal use.

 

What Our Warranty Covers

The MIIKOA warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects

• Faulty hinges

• Lens faults not caused by impact

• Frame defects arising during normal wear

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.


What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to

• General wear and tear

• Scratches resulting from use

• Accidental damage

• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

• Loss or theft

Minor cosmetic changes that do not affect performance are not considered faults.


Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact support@miikoa.com and include

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• A short description of the issue

• Clear images showing the fault

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 hours.

 

Warranty Returns

If your claim is approved, we will provide clear instructions for returning your sunglasses. Once received and assessed, we will confirm the appropriate resolution.

This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
